38 Bidara Service Condominium surely a hidden gem in golden triangle of the City Centre of Kuala Lumpur, seller is now letting go this property @ slightly under $1000/ft2 for this 782ft2 2-full-size-bedroom condominium, comes together with a balcony that facing Jalan Sultan Ismail/ Pavillion Shopping Mall direction, which the asking price is $728,888 negotiable.

It’s a great potential for investor, one of the reason being that investor should aware that most KL property of its kind starts with a price tag of >$1500/ft2 which suggest “38 Bidara” has great potential due to its “low entry price” for both capital gain & rental return

This unit has steadily appreciated at close to 10% rate since purchased in 2005, together with well over 4%+ in rental yield non-stop since then.
