Description

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing
o Generate SO, DO & Invoices.
o Documentation – accuracy, especially in Duty Free documents
o Planning and follow up on blanket orders, schedule orders, back orders and bad debtors

• Coordinating
o Handling customer enquiry (pays attention to customer needs on all existing product & pass all new enquiry through the Customer Enquiry Form)
o Issue Quotation (ensure all quotation out, must follow up with feedback & closed)
o Internal – sales person, account department, inventory department and delivery
o External e.g. Customer
o Provide service – foster good relationship and understanding in market field with customers (e.g. visiting the customers)
o Allocation of stocks between the customers when shortage arise
o Tracking ETA dates (outstanding sales monitoring & recording).
o Ensures all orders are ordered within 24 hours (except for problems RO)
o Follow up problem RO
o Delivery arrangement
o Ensure all Performance Reports are submitted on time

• Cash Sales
o Provide service to walk-in customers
o Control and report – daily updates e.g. daily record versus actual cash collected
o Collection
- follow up with customers
- follow up with salesmen and directors for non-payment accounts

• Telemarketing
o Servicing & call up key accounts
o Generate new sales leads
o Promotion – planning, discussion, execution and reporting
o Compile information
