Description

Responsibilities:
To manage the overall spectrum of Human Resource such as recruitment, employee relations, appraisal management and legal requirements related matter.
To look into company compensation and benefits package.
To collaborate on training and education.
To ensure efficient and effectiveness of Human Resource operational services.
To ensure company policies, procedures and rules & regulations being implemented, executed and reviewed timely.
To liaise with government statutory and local authority.
To participate and support company management systems including quality (ISO9001), Environmental (ISO14000), Safety & Health (OHSAS/MS1722) and EICC Compliance.
To coordinate with related administrative functions and management for good practice and company welfare being implemented and evaluated accordingly.
To manage general administration matter.
To support any task deemed necessary by the management.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
Pat least 5 to 7 years of working experience in Human Resource and Administration functions in manufacturing environment.
