Key Account Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans, budget, allocate resource and KPIs for the entire business operations
• Work closely with HQ’s Management Team to accomplish business goals for subsidiary office
• Manage and direct overall operations in achieving organisational goals
• Maintain efficiency by establishing and enforcing organisational standards
• Establish and manage P/L
• Plan and achieve sales expectation for overall and across sectors
• Develop policies and tools for proper inventory management
• Prepare various reports and monthly reporting to HQ
• Be adept at building a motivated and goal-oriented organisation
• Build stakeholder mentality amongst employees


Requirements:

• Business Degree with at least 10 years leadership experience, managerial position and experience in sales.
• Preferably experience in running regional offices and sales teams in Malaysia
• Excellent analytical skills, strong level of influence & negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a great personality
