Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

 Improve first pass yield on metal sheet manufacturing process of edging and metal sheet profiling

process

 Reduce manufacturing scraps and improve material yield

 Create SOP and train metal sheet manufacturing process/metrology to production technicians

 Support and resolve day to day manufacturing issues and problems

 Knowledge on CNC programming and the use of CMM machine, designing of precise toolings for

machining process

 Work closely with production / QA on quality related issues

 Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing

methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs

Requirements:

 Experience in sheet metal fabrication.

 A degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering is advantage but not essential.

 Capabilities in handling box build product.

 Able to process complex sheet metal and machine assemblies.

 Familiar with specifications and requirements for manufacturing that includes having knowledge

of laser technology, turrent punching, bending, machining, welding and powder coatings.
