Responsibilities:
Collect hiring requirements and source suitable candidates for job opportunities
Research and map the market using effective sourcing channels and professional recruitment procedures to identify suitable candidates for each job requirements
Engage and manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle
Generate leads for sales consultants to follow up
Build up candidate database for audit and risk
Arranging and coordinating interviews for qualified candidates
Assist data entry of the candidate’s information into our system
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in any discipline
At least 2 - 3 years of prior working experience in related field
