To support all our telematics systems and products.
To provide support to our Telematics Service Providers and respond to enquiries, feedbacks and complaints.
To assist in the diagnosis and resolution of system issues, liaising with IT, HW team and third parties in order to rectify issues in a timely manner.
To provide full support to TSPs dealing with system enquiries, feedbacks and complaints.
To proactively check for system faults and provide system diagnosis and resolution
To gather information on customer issues and identify as well as resolve common faults.
To summarize problems and communicating with IT/Hardware teams to identify root cause.
To provide feedback to TSPs, or first line customers support staff or directly to customers.
To report key operational metrics to your Superior and/or HOD
Must be able to demonstrate clear communication skills, problem solving skills and a good telephone manner.
Good telephone communication skills with motivation to excel.
To meet all the set KPIs for performance achievement.


Candidate must possess a degree in technical, science or engineering or significant experience in a technical support role with strong problem-solving skills.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in technical support role preferably with exposure on telematics and tracking technology required for this position.
