We provide training in taekwondo skills which varies from hand techniques to advance taekwondo kicking elements,physical fitness training ( full body workout ) and personal taekwondo training (1 on 1 basis).

Competition training will be included in the syllabus as well. ( Pad sparring, body vest training , speed and agility training )
*** Important notice: Body contact training will not be provided during the RMCO period in order to keep safe and healthy amongst students and trainer.

Female is encouraged to participate to learn some self-defence skills and toughen up mentality and physically. We have male and female instructor during the classes.

Kids as young as age 5 classes are available as well. Start them young towards a healthier future.
